Ensure they are open for healthy debate and listening to differing views, invite and engage people into discussions, ask questions and communicate – remind my team that we have a common goal

• How do you build an inclusive team
Look at the option of flexible working/flexible locations, acknowledge unconscious bias, ensure everyone feels included and open to say how they feel
• What is unconscious bias?
Your attitude or stereotype that you hold in the unconscious part of your brain

Means company hire a wide range of different people
• What are CPCs gender committee?
Promote equality in the members on the teams, eliminate unlawful racial discrimination
• Do CPC have any corporate policies for inclusive environments?
We have CPC values and each employee picks one to align with for an objective. For example I am in the equality and gender is my value and I attend monthly meetings to discuss actions we can complete. I am part of young women’s trust
