What are the features of Sydenham’s chorea?
A
Involuntary movements, hypotonia, and mild muscular weakness. Chorea can be generalized or unilateral, predominantly involving the face, hands, and arms. Movements are present at rest, aggravated by stress, and usually cease during sleep.
