Q

Name a few reasons why fishes are endangered in the sea.

A

Too many well-equipped trawlers are chasing too few fish

Overheated rivers are killing more fishes (crayfish)

Many juvenile fish are being caught because some fishing trawlers use nets with a small mesh. This reduces the next year’s catch

Ireland’s exploitation of Ireland’s fisher has led to many species of Irish fish becoming endangered.

Modern well-equipped trawlers lead to overfishing the seas around Ireland, therefore making it very difficult to stop illegal fishing.

Q

What could be the solution to prevent juvenile fish from being extinct?

A

Due to the fact that many juvenile fish are being caught because some fishing trawlers use nets with a small mesh that cause the reduction of the next years catch, can make a huge impact to the consumers and the economy.

(Elaborate)

The solution to this is to fix the size of the nets so that juvenile fish can escape and reduce the number of modern fishing trawlers around the Irish sea.
