(note: は is used expecting the listener to be familiar with the thing it marks, が is used to introduce something new, for insance when telling someone about a book on the desk they didnt know about it would be like “there is a book on the table” however if they knew of the book already but not where it was you would say “The Book is on the table” same principle )
Note on は
Should only be used on topics the user is familiar with, e.g. if you someone doesnt know you have a phone you use ga when talking about it in a sentence, if they already know its ha(wa)
