• Vital Signs: Pulse, BP, CRT, Sats every 15min

-Give Oxygen

-Determine Cause of bleeding- 4Ts

-Blood Samples: FBC, clotting, fibrinogen, U&E, LFT, Lactate

-Cross-match 6 units red packed cells

-May need Major Haemorrhage protocol
