  1. Aspiration (poor mental status)
    - Upper respiratory –> lower respiratory tract
  2. Smoking
  3. Alcohol
  4. Age
  5. Immunosuppression

- If you're mainly concerned about GP (non-vomiting aspiration) 
Amoxicillin/clavulanate 
- IV = ampicillin/sulbactam
