An analytical technique to determine the information needs of the project stakeholders through interviews, workshops, study of lessons learned from previous projects, etc.
Communications Requirements Analysis
A component of the project, program, or portfolio management plan that describes how, when, and by whom information about the project will be administered and disseminated.
