A

Agility is the ability to change position and direction quickly and accurately without losing balance .
Balance is the ability to maintain stability while stationary or in motion
Coordination is the ability to integrate the senses with the movement of body parts to perform physical tasks efficiently
Power is the ability to perform a strength movement and exert the maximum amount of force as rapidly as possible
Reaction is the ability to respond to a stimulus quickly
Speed is the ability to perform a movement quickly over distance
