- Chronic hypertension
- Thrombophilia
- Prev abruption - IVF
- FGR - FV
- smoking - cocaine & P

Signs of a Placental Abruption
A
- Vaginal bleeding, although there might not be any.
- Abdominal pain.
- Back pain.
- Uterine tenderness or rigidity.
- Uterine contractions, often coming one right after
another

- Yes

- Hospital Assessment
- Ask her to take photo of pad if changed or bring it.
- Palpation if possible
- CTG
- Sight blood/photo
