• Honest up front inform her that this could be the pregnancy passing.
• Things to except what to look out for
• USS if indicated to ensure products of conception have expelled

• Primary assessment - CTG/Asscultation
  - Obs
  - Bloods if indicated CBC,
  Ferritin
  - Consult as per guidelines
