What are the benefits of regular participation in physical activity?
Physical: improving health, reducing disease, improving fitness
Personal: boost self esteem, enjoyment
Mental wellbeing: stress relief (cathartic)
Social: maintaining positive relationships

A life with equilibrium, quality and wellness
