Normal electrolytes but markedly raised ALP.
Mixed osteolytic, osteoblastic and sclerotic bony appearance is also characteristic of Paget’s disease

Lowers seixure threshold and tendonitis

Photosensitivity

Rashes, including photosensitivity, pruritis and suppression of haematopoesis
