Mammography q2-3 years
Type 2 DM screening recommendation
Every 3 years in low risk people over 40 years of age.

HbA1c < 6.5
Women who delivered macrosomic baby
Lower FPG and A1c, but has >= 1 RF for DM (e.g., HTN, obesity, etc)

2hr PG measured in a 75g OGTT (oral glucose tolerance test)
Dyslipidemia screening
1) Age to start
1) Men and Women @ 40 yo
Dyslipidemia screening
2) Framingham score < VS >= 5%
2) Screen lipid profile q3-5 years VS q1 year.
CRC screening
1) Age to start
1) Men and Women @ 50 yo
CRC screening
2) FAP
Sigmoidoscopy q1 year
Bone mineral density testing
1) Screened group (Osteoporosis Canad 2010 CPG)
1) All people at age 65 Post-menopausal women + RF Men over age 50 + RF (smoking, EtOH, RA, low wt, vertebral frac on XR, etc) All under age 50 + Significant RF
Daily recommendation of Ca & Vit D for postmenopausal women?
Ca 1200mg & Vit D 800 IU
