Tyroid uptake and scan.
- Low TSH indicate hyperfunctioning thyroid nodule, which can be confirmed by thyroid uptake and scan. Repeat US will delay Dx, and FNA is invasive and unnecessary at this stage because low TSH suggests a lower risk for malignancy.
