- personality is determined by imitating behaviour and vicarious reinforcement
-more likely to imitate someone with similar characteristic who they deem the ‘role model’

A

- behaviour changes to the demands of a situation/ environment

- psychological core: beliefs, values and attitudes, fairly permanent
- typical responses: responses to a situation, shows our core
- role-related behaviour: shows our actual response to a certain situation, most changeable aspect of behaviour
