A
Relatively small amounts of plaque– disease severity that seems exaggerated.
- elevated AA, E2, interleukin 1
- lack of clinical signs of disease- tissue may appear normal
- poor response to therapy

A
Onset around puberty.
- tissue destruction around permanent first molars and/or incisors
NO more than 2 teeth other than molars and incisors.

A
Generalized attachment loss affecting at least 3 perm teeth other than first molars and incisors

A
2mm will cause clinician to suspect periodontitis

A
Rapid destruction of attachment and bone
No obvious sign or symptoms of systemic disease
