Treatment
A
PPI- omeprazole- of negative for H.pylori
H2 antagonists- ranitidine
antacids
H.pylori eradication therapy- 7 day course of PPI + amoxicillin + clarithromycin, or PPI + metronidazole + clarithromycin.
