abdominal US - thickened gallbladder wall - stones of sludge in gallbladder - fluid around the gallbladder then do MRCP

management
A
conservative: nil by mouth, IV fluids, antibiotics, NG tube
ERCP- to remove stones trapped in the common bile duct
cholecystectomy

sepsis
