failure to thrive diarrhoea fatigue weight loss mouth ulcers anaemia (secondary to iron, B12 and folate def) dermatitis herpetiformis

test IgA
raised anti-TTG
raised anti-EMA
endoscopy and biopsy would show crypt hypertrophy
