the joint that joins both the pubic crests together. base of hand on belly button, point down, middle finger on pubic symphysis

A

the transverse process
of L5
-posterior part of the
inner lip of the iliac crest
(upper margin of ilium)
-Stabilises L5 from
shearing forwards

A
  • ischial tuberosity to PSIS
  • stabilises posterior aspect of SIJ + resists anterior pelvic tilt
