where are the malleolus
the medial malleolus is on the distal end of the tibia + the lateral malleolus is at the distal end of the fibula
where is the head of the talus
most distal part of the talus

inferior to the talus (the heel)
where is the navicular
medial side, articulates with distal part of talus

Lateral to lateral cuneiform,
Anterior to calcaneus, posterior to 4&5th metatarsals
where is the medal, intermediate and lateral cuneiforms
metatarsals are all anterior to navicular, medial is on medial aspect of foot, intermediate sits in-between, lateral sits in the middle of the foot (medial to the cuboid)

head is distal
shaft is the long part of bone
base is proximal
where are the phalanges
the most distal part of the foot
proximal- attach to metatarsal
middle- middle part of phalanx
distal- distal part of foot
where is the styloid process
