Describe Inflammatory Myofibroblastic Tumor (IMT)

A

These are solid masses, typically lobulated and
often calcified. They have a lower lobe predominance. The tend to look like fluid on MR (T2 bright) because they are composed of “myxoid” stroma.

It can look like a sequestration (given the arterial supply) or the solid types of PPB.
