What is forgivness?
When you don’t hold someone against there actions anymore
What is reconciliation?
Being sorry for your actions and trying to make up for them.
What is justice?
When the law or your feelings cause you to have the same pain as what you have caused.
What is righteous anger?
When do we see this?
Anger that is justified
In the bible we see this with Jesus when he enters the temple and sees that it is being used to scam people out of there money in a market. He gets anger but this is righteous anger.
What is holy war?
A war which is approved by an catholic authority (normaly the pope)
What is just war theory?
A theory by St Thomas Aquinas which state 7 things a war must have in order to enter it.
What are WMD
Weapons of Mass Destruction
Weapons that cause alot of destruction either through human suffering/death or enviromental or structual damage
Chemical weapons
Nuclear weapons
Biological weapons
What is a nuclear war?
A war that includes nuclear weapons (WW2)
What is-non violence resistance?
When you don’t use violence to resist somenthing
What is torture?
An act that mentaly or phycicly hurts the subject.
What is conflict resolution?
When two sides in war agree to stop fighting.
What is pacifism?
The act of not fighting no matter what.
What is terrorism?
The act of causing damage or fear in a populations.
What is radicalistaion?
When someone is taught and has got extrem views. This can often lead to terrorism.
What is martyrdom?
When you die for something that you belive in.
What does James 3:8-10 say about bullying
What does this mean
“No one has ever been able to tame the tongue, it is evil and uncontrollable full of deadly poisen”
Even things you say can hurt people
What is the story of Cain and Abel Genesis (4-5:11)
Cain was jealous of his brother
Cain’s anger and thoughts lead him to kill his brother
God knows as soon as he kills Abel and curses Cain
“Your brothers blood is crying out for me from the ground, like a voice calling for revenge”

GOD AND RECONSILIATION:
That we should trust in god.
We shouldn’t be afraid of God
We should trust in God and forgive everyone. As god made us all god in genesis.
FORGIVNESS:
We should always except responsibility
What does Pope Francis say about reconsiliation?
Why should always forgive those who sin against us.
What does reconcilation give us?
We learn from the past
stronger realtionships
A more peacefull future
Respect for other people’s belifes
An oppitunity for life withought fear
Acceptence of each other
What does Luke 23:34 tell us about forgivness?
You should always forgive as they might not know how they have sinned
What does Mathew tell us about:
Sin
Reconsiliation
Forgivness
SIN:
Murder is a sin, being mean is a sin, a sin is a sin. (All sins are the same)
RECONSILIATION:
Tells us to make “peace with your brother” and then come back and give your gifts to God. (God is only intrested in kindness and our own goodness)
FORGIVNESS:
“Forgive all the wrongs that ee have done” (We should forgive infinitly)
