Q

Explain the sport participation options for the elder generation

A

Two options
- Lawn bowls
- Increase knew, hamstring stretches which allows the leg muscle to become stronger which reduces the risk of injury because the stairs is like ww3 for them or smth like that

  • Aqua aerobics
  • Easy on the joints

Talk about heart conditions, bone denstiy and flexabillity

Q

The fuck does bone density do to a female

A

Refers to the measure of minerals in bones. Key measure of the strength of a bone. Females need to ensure that they consume enough calcium to make these bones strong. This leads to femals being prone to fractures. As high contact sport is dangerous

Q

What do iron deffiecincy do to dat female doh

A

Lack of iron in ones diet is more popular in females because of their menstration cycles. Lack of iron leads to less ability of blood to transfer oxygen, hance more likely to be fatigued, especially for long durations. This leads to less participation. Improved through diet of meat and veggies.

A

This can be the technique where athletes train in expected climate conditions before compeitition e.g heat, wind, colf

Benefit for the athlete due to improved performance and allows to lesson the risk of injury
