Soil stack
Above the heights branch drain, a soil or waste stack is called stack vent. Lower of that, it is called soil stack.
If this soil stack is not connected to sink or toilet, it will be called waste stack.
The diameter of a vent is 1 1/4” or half of the pipe it’s service for whichever is larger.
