Being disabled comes with barriers like no accessibility, stereotyping and discrimination, lack of role models and media coverage, a lower self esteem and a lack of confidence
What are 2 strategies that increase participation among disabled people
Adapted sports- changing rules and regulations of mainstream sports to make them more accessible
Interrogation- having disabled and abled bodied athletes playing together to reduce discrimination
