Acute and chronic pain

Not fully understood it does act as a co-substrate to COX-2

What are the side effects of this drug?
A
Overdose can cause liver failure

What are the warnings of this drug?
A
Dose should be reduced in people at increased risk liver toxicity such as patients with chronic excessive alcohol use
Malnutrition, low body weight <50kg and severe hepatic impairment
