What is palliative care?
Symptom and pain managment given to a person who is sesriosuly unwell.
IT is care which wraps around an ill person to bring them comfort
waht does it help the person to do?
its often linkd to end of life care, as it is focused on helping the person to have the greatest quality of life possible until their natural death.
what does it focus on?
It focuses on the dignity and care of the person. It does not hurry death and shows respect for the person’s sactity of life.

How will this change a Catholics life?
Support the work of hosipices, some of which are charities and donate time, resources or money.
They would campaign for euthansasia to remain illegal in the UK and would instead want more funding to go into palliative care as it is focused entirely on the person who is unwell and their needs.
