Dexamethasone
Morphine to S/c Diamorphine conversion:
Diamorphine = Morphine/3
DIA=3 Letters= divide by 3.
Codeine to Morphine=
Codeine/10= Morphoine.
If pain is not relieved, what to do ?
Increase the dose by 50%.
Breakthrough dose =
1/6th of daily morphine dose.
