Contraindications
MAO inhibitors within 14 days, myasthenia gravis

Increased intracranial pressure, elderly, debilitated, COPD, respiratory problems, hepatic and renal insufficiency

1-2 mcg slowly IV (2-3 min) max 200 mcg
Pedi: 0.5-1.0 mcg/kg slow IV/IM
