0.4-2 mg IV/IM/IN repeat 2-3 min as needed up to 10 mg
Pedi: 0.01 mg IV/IM repeat 2-3 min as needed up to 10mg

Hypersensitivity to benzos, pt on status epilepticus or seizure meds. Seizure prone during labor, tricyclic antidepressant overdose

Precaution
Hepatic impairment, elderly, pregnancy, nursing mothers, head injury, alcohol + drug dependency and physical dependence to benzos
