Management
- distraction 
- immobilisation - sling, back slab
- IV fluids 
Analgesia 
- Panadol up to 20mg/kg
- Ibuprofen
- Intranasal phentanyl SE hypotension, n/v, resp depression
contradiction: change in conscious state, epistaxis, allergy
- Endone, IV morphine
- Tramadol 
- Ketamine for relocating 
- ?Ondansetron for nausea
