A

Mild: oral amoxicillin or roxithromycin if considering mycoplasma

Moderate: IV benzylpenicillin or PO roxithromycin if considering mycoplasma

Severe: Flucloxacillin iv and Gent iv and Azithromycin iv If considering Mycoplasma
