Mr Prospect, there is one other thing we can do.-

Our company relies on getting face-to-face with homeowners like you, and that costs the company money.

We can either pay Google, Facebook, Angi, etc, or we can put that money back in your pocket. Either way, it’s a cost of doing business to us.

Would like for me to explain how it works?

We call it a Promotional Partnership, and it’s totally optional. Feel free to say no.

If you would be willing to do at least 3 of these things, provided you are 100% satisfied with the work, then you could save $500 (FIVE-HUNDRED-DOLLARS).

You can do this with an up-front discount or apply the savings as a payment at the end once the client has fulfilled their end of the agreement.

If you agree to do [A, B, and C] within 7 days of us finishing the project, then I’ll indicate the FIVE-HUNDRED-DOLLAR savings on the proposal now, and we’ll finish up the paperwork and get you scheduled.

OptionB - Payment After Client Fulfills Commitments

A

If you agree to do [A, B, and C] within7 days of us finishing the project, then you can just pay the invoice minus the FIVE-HUNDRED-DOLLAR savings.

I’ll apply the savings as the final payment to close out the invoice.
