A
- Do not open the doors
- Contact driver if required
- Prepare to stop the train if unsafe behaviour spotted on a platform (reach understanding of how to dispatch with driver)

A
- Look out of the window if it is safe to do so
- Talk to the driver
- Inform customers per 2, 4, 6, 8, process

- Stop train contact driver
- Locate and investigate affected door
- Close and lock the door
- Move passengers out of vehicle
- Report to Duty Control Manager
- Fill out Form D
