-Bell buzzer 6 times, driver repeats

-Train will now draw forward

-Bell buzzer 1 time when train accommodated, driver repeats / driver will stop when suitable if no buzzer given

-Continue door procedure as usual

Station Overrun procedure?

-Driver gives 2-2 signal on bell buzzer, repeat back and speak to driver

-Driver reports to signaller

-We report to Duty Control Manager

-Follow any instructions given

-Fill out a Form A

Failure to Call protocol?

-3-3 bell buzzer speak to the driver

-Report to Duty Control Manager and follow any instructions given

-Provide assistance to customers unable to leave train
