Long Train Short Platform protocol?
A
- Make customer aware of the platform length and to move to the appropriate door
- Go to the first accommodated door on the platform and start usual arrival procedure but DO NOT GIVE FULL RELEASE OF DOORS
- Secure DCP and manually release the doors by walking along the platform to the from of the train
- When dispatch signal given customers clear, return to local door, closing all open doors manually
- Compete train safety check and continue with usual self dispatch procedure

A
Verbal or written instructions given by control to stop at extra stations or not to stop at usual station

A
A term used to report issues with the track causing bumps and jolts

What do we do if we experience Rough Riding?
A
Stop the train immediately and report it including the location
