PERFORMANCE PATTERNS
Specific, automatic behaviors performed repeatedly, relatively automatically, and with little variation
HABITS
can be healthy or unhealthy, efficient or inefficient, and supportive or harmful
HABITS
Patterns of behavior that are observable, regular, and repetitive and that provide structure for daily life
ROUTINES
- They can be satisfying, promoting, or damaging
- require delimited time commitment and are embedded in cultural and ecological context
