1/ SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator)
–> acts as a agonist at some estrogen receptor e.g. increases mineralisation

Antagonist at others e.g. breast/uterus –> prevents breast and endometrial hyperplasia

2/Increases risk of VTE, and hot flushes
