1/ –> 5-HT-1 agonist is to regulate blood flow. As such it cannot really be described as an analgesic.
2/ Sumatriptan is not an option for patients with hemiplegic migraine or a history of coronary artery disease, or in patients with uncontrolled hypertension
(BMJ on examination) .
