Colonoscopy indication in General population
Age 50 , repeat every 10 years and FOT yearly
Colonoscopy indication on sigle family member with colon cancer
Colonoscopy at age 40 or 10 years earlier than the age at which the family member contracted cancer, then every 10 years.
HNPCC (three family members,two generations,one premature(before 50))
Colonoscopy at age 25, then yearly

what to do with ASCUS
-check for HPV DNA
if positive–>colposcopy
if negative–>Repeat DNA in a year
Prostate screening indication
ITS NOT INDICATED
only screen if patient ask for it with diginatal examination and PSA
