This is where I am keeping old cards, so that I can sub them back into the appropriate decks if the menu item is brought back. No need to study these, but they're here if you need the reference.
What is in the mango salsa?
Mango, cilantro, red onion, ginger, oil blend, rice vinegar, lime juice, salt.

The Grouper is served over couscous, with roasted chili filet and mango salsa.
How is the grouper cooked?
The grouper is seared.
Is the grouper fresh or frozen?
The grouper is fresh, not frozen.
Guest List: Which Pinot Noir is offered by both the glass and the bottle?
Elouan Pinot Noir (Oregon)
Guest List: Are there any Merlot wines offered on the Guest List? Glass or Bottle only?
Emmolo (Napa Valley, California) is available by the bottle only.
(Note: this is correct in Toast, but the menu still shows the previous option (Frog’s Leap). The price is still the same as listed for Frog’s Leap, though.
What’s a half carafe? Can all Gideon Owen wines be purchased as a half carafe?
A half carafe is equivalent to half a bottle of wine. Most, though not all, Gideon Owen wines are offered in this size. Chardonnel, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Vidal Blanc, Red Blend, Rose of Pinot Noir, and Summer Blush can all be purchased this way.
However, Traminette, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc can not.
(Personal observation: the wines that are not on tap are the wines that cannot be purchased as a half carafe.)
