Only use the Gideon’s Old Fashioned button. Don’t use the other “generic” button for an old fashioned. Buffalo Trace is the house bourbon, so no need to add a note or an upcharge.
Same process for an old fashioned with any other whiskey or bourbon – always use Gideon’s Old Fashioned, and upcharge the liquor.
