Pizza Basics: What different crust types are available?
Regular pizza dough is house-made. Cauliflower crust can also be substituted for a $3 upcharge.

All BYO pizzas include red sauce and cheese blend base. Each additional topping chosen is $1.
Veggie toppings: Red onion, tomato, mushrooms, olives (kalamata), artichokes, peppadew peppers, banana peppers.
Cheese toppings: feta and fresh mozzarella.
Meat toppings: Pepperoni, salami, capicola, bacon, and sausage.
Margherita Pizza

Toppings: Classic red sauce, fresh mozzarella, Quinstock tomatoes, Basil, finished with Balsamic glaze.
Vegetarian.
Italian Meat Lovers Pizza
(8 toppings, including sauce and cheese)
Toppings: Classic red sauce, peppadew peppers, pepperoni, salami, sausage, capicola, banana peppers, cheese blend.
Garden Vegetable Pizza
(8 toppings including sauce and cheese)
Toppings: Classic red sauce, mushrooms, Quinstock tomatoes, peppadew peppers, red onion, artichoke, olives, and cheese blend.
Pizza basics: What kind of olives go on pizzas?
Kalamata olives.
Pizza basics: Are peppadew peppers spicy?
Not at all. They’re sweet, like a bell pepper.
Which two dinner entrees are served with Vegetable Medley?
Seared Scallops and Filet Mignon.
Which five dinner entrees are served with House Vegetables?
Steak Frites, Blackened Salmon, Lake Erie Walleye, Short Ribs, and Prime Rib.
(To help remember, every item that is listed as a “Guest Favorite” is served with house veg. After that, you only really need to remember Steak Frites.)
What three items come with the Seared Scallops?
Seared Scallops are served over couscous, accompanied by the vegetable medley, and have the jalapeno mignonette on the side.
How many scallops come in the Seared Scallops entree?
Four scallops come in an order.
What if someone wants the jalapeno mignonette on the side?
Although there is a button in toast to request the mignonette on the side, it actually isn’t necessary – it is always served on the side!
What is couscous anyway?
Couscous is a type of pasta! Small pieces of rolled semolina (a type of wheat) are steamed to create couscous. It’s especially popular in North African cuisine.
Note: couscous contains wheat, and is therefore not gluten free.
What is in the jalapeno mignonette?
Jalapenos, cilantro, rice vinegar, cane sugar, lime juice, water, salt, and pepper.
Note: this is the same sauce as the jalapeno cilantro mignonette served with the oysters.
What three items are served with the Grouper?
The Grouper is served over couscous, with roasted chili filet and mango salsa.
How is the grouper cooked?
The grouper is seared.
Is the grouper fresh or frozen?
The grouper is fresh, not frozen.
