Salads and Bowls basics: How are they coursed in Toast?
Salads and bowls are always coursed as appetizers in Toast.
However, soups are coursed as appetizers if selected off the Dinner menu, but are coursed as entrees for lunch!
What if someone requests the dressing for their Farm House Salad on the side?
No need to make a note! The dressing always comes on the side for the Farm House Salad.
Salads and Bowls basics: Which items can be ordered in multiple sizes?
The Farmhouse Salad, Caesar Salad, and Beet Salad all come in a small and large size.
Salad and Bowl Basics: Which proteins can be added?
Chicken (10), Shrimp (11), Steak (15), Salmon (17), and Tuna (17) can be added to any Salad or Bowl for an upcharge.
This upcharge does not change based on the size of the salad, if applicable.
Note: the Tuna is the same as from the Yellowfin Tuna appetizer, and will still have the sesame seeds.

Which are house made?
Ranch, Onion Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese, Caesar, Northern Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Ginger Sesame, and Poppyseed.
Oil and Vinegar can also be provided, though it isn’t listed on menu.
Ranch and Onion Vinaigrette are house made.
Salad Basics: what if someone asks for the House Dressing?
Both the Ranch and Sweet Onion Vinaigrette are house made.
Farm House Salad

Toppings: Cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Onion, Carrots, Bell Pepper, and Croutons.
Dressing is always served on the side.
Caesar Salad

Toppings: Croutons and shaved parmesan.
Anchovies can be added for a $2 upcharge.

Tuna Poke Bowl
