Pharmacology

A

Olanzepine is an atypical antipsychotic which works at multiple receptor sites especially 5-HT, dopamine and histamine. Olanzepine binds to dopamine receptors in the mesolimbic pathway blocking dopamine from having potential actions at the post synaptic receptor.
