- Known hypersensitivity to atropine and it’s derivatives

- Headache
- Skin rash
- Tachycardia
- Acute closed angle glaucoma
- Nausea
- Dry mouth
- Palpitations

Pharmacology
A
Anticholinergic bronchodilator which inhibits acetylcholine at receptors inhibiting bronchoconstriction

A
Onset - 3-5mins
Peak - 1.5-2hrs
Duration - 6 hrs

Excreted by the kidneys
