2. Concurrent use of other tetracycline antibiotics
3. Family Hx of malignant hyperthermia
4. Muscular dystrophy
5. No more than 6ml in 24hrs

1. Penthrox inhaler is hand held so pt must hot or have some help from crew
2. Pre-eclampsia
3. Concurrent use of oxytocin may cause hypotension

1. Drowsiness
2. Decrease in BP and bradycardia
3. Exceeding 6mls may cause renal toxicity
