=> Ivor-Lewis type oesophagectomy

What is the most worrying surgical complication following an Ivor-Lewis oesophagectomy
anastomotic leak
(due to intrathoracic anastomosis)
Patient presents with a triad of:
dysphagia (secondary to oesophageal webs)
