- GORD = strongest RF
- male gender (7:1 ratio)
- smoking

Management of Barretts
A
- high-dose PPI
- endoscopic surveillance with biopsies (every 3-5 years)
- endoscopic intervention if dysplasia present:
> radiofrequency ablation
> endoscopic mucosal resection
